1. Acceptance of Terms

5. Deposits and Payments

Deposits are typically processed instantly, though bank transfers during non-business hours or on public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours.

You are responsible for all fees charged by your bank or payment provider. gf777 does not charge deposit fees. You must deposit only from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits (deposits from accounts not in your name) are strictly prohibited and will be returned to the source, minus any applicable processing fees.

6. Withdrawals

You may withdraw funds from your Real Money Balance at any time, subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must be fully verified (KYC completed and approved).
• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50,000 per transaction.
• The maximum withdrawal amount per transaction is Rp 100,000,000 for bank transfers and Rp 20,000,000 for e-wallets.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment account registered in your own name, matching the name on your gf777 Account.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 8 minutes during business hours. Requests submitted outside of business hours (WIB) or on Indonesian public holidays may experience delays of up to 24 hours.
• You may make up to 5 withdrawal requests per day.

gf777 does not charge withdrawal fees. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may impose fees on incoming transfers, which are your responsibility. gf777 reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.

If you have active bonus funds with unmet wagering requirements, you must complete the wagering requirements or forfeit the bonus before withdrawing. Attempting to withdraw before completing wagering requirements will result in automatic forfeiture of all bonus funds and any winnings derived from them.

6.1 Anti-Money Laundering Policy

• If a match is postponed or canceled, bets will be voided and stakes returned unless the match is rescheduled and played within 48 hours.
• For live betting (in-play betting), we reserve the right to suspend betting at any time during the match.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win. If one or more selections void (due to postponement or other reasons), the parlay odds are recalculated based on the remaining selections.

8.2 Casino Game Rules

10. Limitation of Liability

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, or transmit any of the material on our Platform without our prior written consent.

12. Account Suspension and Termination

gf777 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms or any other policy.
• Failure to provide required KYC documents.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity.
• Prolonged inactivity (accounts inactive for more than 12 months may be closed).
• Upon your request to close your Account.

Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Services. If your Account is terminated for breach of these Terms, we reserve the right to withhold any remaining balance, including deposits and winnings. If your Account is closed at your request or for reasons not related to a breach, we will return your Real Money Balance after deducting any outstanding obligations.

13. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Indonesia. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of the Services shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation between you and gf777.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days, either party may submit the dispute to binding arbitration under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI). The arbitration shall be conducted in Jakarta, Indonesia, in the English language, and the decision of the arbitrator shall be final and binding on both parties.
